We both come from humble beginnings and share a strong passion for providing quality housing to those who need and value it. We began investing in real estate in 2022, with our first company focused on placing HUD and Section 8 tenants into thoughtfully renovated, high-quality homes. We believe everyone deserves access to safe, comfortable, and dignified living environments—regardless of income level. Through our co-living homes, we are able to further that vision by supporting individuals who are committed to improving their lives.

Kaleb Ferrer - Chief Operating Officer

Kaleb Ferrer grew up alongside the Vice President and witnessed firsthand how addiction impacted their community, families, and friends. Those shared experiences helped inspire the creation of The Old Neighborhood’s recovery and reintegration housing model. With nearly a decade of experience at Chase Bank, Caleb brings discipline, structure, and accountability to the organization. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees day-to-day operations and ensures each home runs efficiently and in alignment with the company’s mission.
