The Old Neighborhood LLC was born from personal experience, not business opportunity.

Like many families in Florida, ours was deeply affected by substance abuse. Watching siblings and childhood friends disappear into addiction—becoming strangers to themselves and the people who loved them—left a mark that never really fades. The neighborhood we grew up in changed. The people we knew became different versions of themselves.

We started this company because we know recovery isn't just about staying sober—it's about rebuilding a life worth living. The people who walk through our doors deserve more than institutional housing or bare-minimum accommodations. They deserve dignity. They deserve a place they can actually be proud to call home.

Our mission is straightforward: provide comfortable, high-quality sober living environments that support people committed to a better path. We believe that where you live matters. A clean, well-maintained home isn't a luxury in recovery—it's a foundation. It's the difference between just surviving and actually building something new.

We're not here to profit off desperation. We're here because we've seen what addiction does to families, friendships, and entire communities. And we believe that people fighting their way back deserve better than what's typically available.

This is personal for us. And that's exactly why we do it.
